    Thank you for choosing Pipeline. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available and how to request one.

    Our Service

    Pipeline provides personalized academic transfer plans for community college students. Each plan is custom-created based on the specific information you provide about your academic history, goals, and preferences. Our team begins working on your plan immediately after purchase.

    General Refund Policy

    Due to the customized nature of our service, all sales are generally final once we begin creating your transfer plan. Because each plan requires significant time and resources to research and develop specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds after work has commenced.

    Your plan creation begins shortly after you complete the onboarding process and your payment is processed.

    When Refunds May Be Considered

    We may consider a refund in the following limited circumstances:

    • Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase
    • Technical Failure: If a technical issue on our end prevented delivery of your plan and we are unable to resolve it
    • Before Plan Creation Begins: If you request a refund before we have started working on your plan (typically within minutes of purchase)

    Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are granted at our sole discretion.

    Plan Corrections

    If you believe there is a significant error in your transfer plan based on the information you provided, we offer a correction process:

    • Contact us within 72 hours of receiving your plan
    • Describe the specific error and provide any supporting information
    • We will review your plan and make corrections if warranted

    Note that corrections are for errors in our plan creation, not for changes in your preferences or circumstances after the plan was delivered.

    What Is Not Covered

    We do not offer refunds for:

    • Dissatisfaction with admission outcomes at universities (we do not guarantee admission)
    • Changes in your academic goals or target schools after your plan is delivered
    • Inaccurate information you provided during the onboarding process
    • Changes to university requirements that occur after your plan was created
    • Failure to follow the plan as recommended
    • General change of mind after the plan has been delivered

    How to Request a Refund

    If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us with the following information:

    • Your name and email address associated with your account
    • Date of purchase
    • Reason for your refund request
    • Any supporting documentation or screenshots

    We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

    Refund Processing

    If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

    Plan Refreshes

    Depending on your purchase tier, you may be entitled to plan refreshes if your circumstances change. Plan refreshes allow you to update your plan without purchasing a new one. Refresh credits are specified at the time of purchase, cannot be refunded, and do not expire.
